Shipping policy

All items are made-to-order. Shipping and processing times are as follows:

• Local orders: Typically delivered within 1–2 business days after processing.

• International orders: Delivery may take 10–30 business days after processing. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Processing time for all orders: Approximately 1–3 weeks for standard made-to-order items. Custom-made or personalized items may take 4–10 weeks, depending on complexity.

None of our items are outsourced or mass produced in factories. Each piece is made to order, by one person, one at a time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please contact the seller if you have any questions about your order or shipment.
